The Body Confidence Series - Week 14

As we are approaching the end of 'The Body Confidence Series' I have realized just how much I love exercise. I wake up every morning feeling happy and content looking forward to my morning workout. My entire outlook on working out has changed. I used to see going to the gym as a chore more so than a luxury. It has changed me as a person, I feel more confident in myself and have a much more positive outlook on life. It helps me to stay focused and to challenge myself. When I first began exercising I never thought I would get to this point but than again I never knew how exhilarating it is to look after your body. You and I have a choice every single day to look after our bodies. So why not make positive changes everyday to improve your health. As the saying goes 'Your health is your wealth', it is not something that should be taken for granted.

Mindset

As I mentioned my mindset has drastically improved since starting to exercise on a regular basis. I find myself looking on the brighter side of life no matter how tough things may be, I am a lot calmer and if a negative experience comes along it doesn't phase me. I look for the positives and if there isn't one I just move on and don't give the negativity a second thought.

Inner Beauty

My diet has always been where I fall down but just like exercise I feel myself reaching for the healthy option automatically. I don't really crave sugary snacks anymore but if I do I opt for a protein bar or a raw caoco bar.

Outer Beauty

Lately I have really been enjoying my morning jog. As you know I was never really interested in running and much preferred weights. So I set a goal for myself to be able to run 5k without stopping and time myself. At the moment I am doing it in 28 minutes but I really want to get it down to as low as I can. I think this is also a good tip for staying motivated by competing with yourself.

What are your workout plans this week?

Botanical Blooms with Farfetch

Dressing up begins at the age of five and never truly ends...

I remember when I was a little girl my grandmother and auntie used to spoil me with the most elaborate and embellished dresses you could have ever imagined. Teamed with the prettiest pair of floral shoes. Not the most practical for a five year old but I loved them. The floral patterns, the jewels and vibrant colour's made them feel extra special. I felt like a princess. Little did I know that this very moment was the very beginning of my love for fashion. It was the first time that I realized that what I wore changed the way I felt inside. My passion for fashion is still growing more and more to this day and that is just one of the reasons why I am delighted to be teaming up with Farfetch and Dolce and Gabbana for this collaboration.

Farfetch is an online luxury store housing 400 designer boutiques all under one address offering an inspirational shopping experience to the worlds most fashion forward consumers. Dolce and Gabbana is just one of the designers that I am styling today. It is a luxurious Italian brand which is constantly evolving but always staying true to its roots, expressing new forms of elegance presenting itself as a modern classic based on superior content and creativity. The Dolce and Gabbana woman is strong, confident and elegant. She is passionate about true style and knows how what she wear's, should make here feel.

The spring/summer collection is really beautiful at the moment and has really inspired me to add more floral's into my capsule wardrobe. It is very fun and colourful, mixing prints and textures creating the perfect summer look to celebrate the warmer temperatures. The look I styled today will take you to a garden party, a barbecue, or even lunch on a yacht in Cannes. The key item in this look is the Dolce and Gabban floral pump. This floral pump always gets all the attention where ever it goes and can be styled with a number of different looks. Taking inspiration from the catwalk I broke up the prints to show my own personal style but still staying true to the Dolce and Gabbana trend incorporating different fabrics and textures, while also including the mix of floral's.

1. Saint Laurent Bag

A little white bag is a wardrobe staple for me throughout the summer. It will go with all of your outfits and can be worn day or night to any event you may have.

2. MSGM Front Pleat Shorts

I love tailored shorts that really show off your waist and compliment your curves and I believe that these are the perfect pair of shorts to do just that.

3. Dolce and Gabbana Poppy Print Pumps

A pair of floral pumps are something that I believe every girl should have in here wardrobe. Especially these from Dolce and Gabbana as they are the ultimate show stoppers that can be worn with a very simple outfit or taking inspiration from the catwalk and pairing them with mixed or matching patterns. However you decide to where them they will be adored by all.

4. Fendi Mirrored Sunglasses

When styling this look I wanted to keep the accessories quite simple to let the floral's do the talking. I thought these sunglasses from Fendi were elegant and the perfect way to finish of this outfit.

5. Moncler Floral Print Jacket

I was inspired by the bomber jacket to include this Moncler floral print jacket in this look. I think it will look very high fashion draped over your shoulders with a simple white top or worn as usually if your so wish.

6. Saint Laurent Lace Blouse

White lace is one of my favourite pieces to wear. I love how classic and expensive it looks.

7. Dolce and Gabbana Perfume

Dolce Rosa Excelsa is one of my favouite perfumes and the packaging is so beautiful I couldn't leave it out of this floral inspired look.

8. Astley Clarke Heart Biography Bracelet

I love how dainty this bracelet is. Daintly style jewelry is very popular at the moment and I thought it was perfect with this look.

All of the mentioned pieces in this post are shopable via Farfetch and at the moment they are offering up to 50% off - you're welcome!

The Body Confidence Series - Week 13

Welcome back to a fun filled week of 'The Body Confidence Series'. Can you believe we only have two weeks left of the series. The time has gone by way to fast but I am determined not to let my side down once this series is over. Creating this series not only helps to motivate you but also helps to keep me on my toes. A lot of you got in touch during the week giving me feedback about last weeks post. I shared a few tips for staying motivated during summer, this really helped a lot of you to feel inspired again about working out. I will admit it is difficult to stay motivated all the time especially when we have a mini heatwave and everyone's eating ice cream the last thing you want to do is go to the gym, myself included. What we have to understand is that we are all human and we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves. That is why one of my tips for staying motivated last week was to take a break. You will feel re-inspired once you return and be more determined than ever to reach your goals. Life is supposed to be fun, so if you aren't enjoying your regular gym any more take a day or a week off. Once you return I can guarantee that you will be craving your session and find a new found love for mountain climbers!

Fitness can become an addiction. That feeling that you get after a workout is incredible. The burst of energy, the sense of achievement and the happiness that you feel, now that you are one step loser to reaching your goals is a feeling that I want to feel everyday. No matter if this is the first time you've worked out or you are a regular gym goer. The feeling you get after a workout will always be the same and gradually you begin to feel more confident about yourself, no matter what your weight or size. Confidence is a state of mind. So the more you work on building up your self esteem or what you consider a flaw instead of wasting time bashing it the more confident you will be.

Mindset

Over the last year if not longer I have been working really hard to change my mindset. I was never really a negative person but I would worry about everything from gaining weight to worrying about what so and so thought about me. I knew I couldn't go through life with such unnecessary worry so I decided to make a change. I told myself to relax, gaining a few pounds isn't going to stop the world from turning and I just focused on the bigger things of life. I make sure to life a positive lifestyle every day and avoided any negativity at all costs. Since doing this my entire life as changed, everything from my personal life to my work life and I am so grateful for this!

Inner Beauty

I am still working on my nutrition but I have seen a massive improvement over the last 13 weeks. Before I started this series I was having a cup of coffee and a cereal bar for breakfast, sometimes miss lunch if I was working and then eat a big meal in the evening and then snack later on. I have completely changed that around thankfully. I have a green juice or a peanut butter smoothie for breakfast, then I will have soup or a salad for lunch, dinner later in the evening and then maybe two small snacks during the day. By improving my diet I feel stronger and that I get more out of my workouts.

Outer Beauty

Lately I have been mixing my workouts up and  not really sticking to a routine. I was using the same workout dvds and doing the same kettle bell class for a while which I got very used to so this week I want to improve my cardio as I am actually starting to enjoy running. I still love using kettle bells so I want to find new workouts to help tone certain areas as well as challenging my self with different weights.

Where To Find Designer Handbags For Less Featuring DesignerBid

Some girls dream of their closets been full of designer pieces while others dream of been able to treat themselves to a designer piece of luxury every now and then. Which ever category you fall into I have found the perfect website for you. Have you ever found yourself wandering around Harrods or Selfridges catching a glimpse of that YSL or Christian Louboutin  handbag that you have been lusting over for so long. You run over and start to admire it only to realize how much it costs and you wonder how you will ever be able to afford it. Well wonder no more...

Designer Bid  is a new high end luxury online auction destination where you can find all of your favourite designer brands for up to 95% off the retail prize. The site is really easy to use. You simply register and are automatically awarded 5 free bids to use on any auction of your choice. The website features brands such as Chloe, Chanel, Louboutin, Prada and many more of the most sought after luxury designer brands. Once you have decided  which bag you fancy and what auction you want to partake in all you need to do is purchase a bidding package ranging from €15 all the way up to €300. Once you have decided how much you are willing to bid all you need to do is hit the bid button and your bid will be placed. The clock begins to count down over the number of days the auction is on. Once it gets down to the last 15 seconds this is where the fun begins.

Each time the clock gets to 15 seconds if another bid is placed between 15-0 seconds the clock is brought back up to 15 seconds. The clock will continue to reset every 15 seconds for as long as bids are being placed. When the clock gets to 0 the buzzer says going once, going twice, checking. Checking means that it is checking for autobids. The last person who bids closest to the timer wins. All auctions start at €0.00 and is raised by 1 cent for every bid. You can see all other bidders amounts throughout the auction. This will help you to stay ahead of the game, you can also set up an autobids. This means that if you have to leave your phone or computer. Autobid is there to help you out, you can decide on the amount of bids you want blocked and the system automatically places these bids for you at random. Designer Bid gives you the opportunity to nab some trust worthy luxury designer goods for a very inexpensive cost. Some have even bagged themselves the beautiful Chloe Drew bag for €20 and the classic Chanel for €26. How amazing would that be?

Christian Louboutin Triloubi

This beautiful Christian Louboutin  Triloubi small chain bag in 'Ballerina', is up for auction today. It is a small bag perfect for a special event or cocktail party. It is divided into three roomy compartments lined with the Louboutin signature red interiors. This bag is a show stopper. Styled with your favourite pair of skinny's or leather trousers with heels or on those warmer days with a simple white dress or shorts. This bag will get a lot of attention wherever you go. It is quite a simple bag but with the slight studded detail it makes it very unique and gives it that luxury vibe that we all want in a designer handbag.

This YSL Saint Laurent bag is an upcoming auction this week, I think it is so cute and the perfect for summer bag. It would look so chic with an all white outfit or even styled with flora's or vibrant colours to make it really stand out. It is small in size but roomy enough to fit the essentials. Which makes it perfect for going out fun dinner or a fun event. Lately I  prefer smaller bags as I always bring to much out with me so my bag is super heavy.

Make sure to keep an eye on Designer Bid's website to see what bags are up for auction and also make sure to follow them on FacebookInstagram and Twitter for regular updates and some serious handbag envy.

Into The West Blogger Network 2nd Birthday Bash

The day began in true Into The West Blogger Network style. As I stepped out of my car onto the red carpet which led into the beautiful entrance of The Connacht Hotel. I could hear the chatter of the bloggers who had already arrived inside. I was so excited I thought I was going to burst! I knew it was going to be such a good day.

Juicy Lucy Reception

The event kicked off with the most refreshing reception you could have ever imagined by Juicy Lucy. Juicy Lucy is a plant based cold pressed juicing company located in Galway. We were lucky enough to sample the Clean Green Juice and Detox Water which was infused with fruit such as lemon, lime and cucumber. They were both delicious. You all know my obsession with juices and smoothies so you can only imagine how happy this made me and I am delighted to let you know that if you live in the Galway area the team do home deliveries so make sure that you check out their website. If you don't live in the Galway area you will be thrilled to know that Juicy Lucy will be soon stocked in super markets. So make sure to follow them on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for regular updates. During the reception I mingled and networked with other bloggers and had a quick browse of the stands. We then checked out our seating plans, our tables were named after Irish Celebrities which I thought was a really nice touch. One thing for sure is the itwbn girls really know how to make you feel like you have this celebrity status.

Speakers

Sinead and Saibh the Founder and Creative Directer of ITWBN kicked off the event with their welcome note and then introduced the speakers, Olivia Collins, Nikki Bradley and Gill Carroll.

Olivia Collins

Olivia Collins was the first speaker of the day. She is the founder of Food PR & Marketing. Olivia told us all about her career and shared with us her knowledge of PR, Marketing and Bloggers. Here are just a few of the tips she shared with us.

- Networking is extremely important to get your business publicity both online and offline. Figure out how you can get that offline exposure. (ITWBN meet ups or events for example).

- PR companies want to work with like minded bloggers.

- Know your morals.

- PR companies want speed so don't waste their time.

- Treat your blog like a business.

- Know the PR companies in your field.

- Suggest what you can do for the PR company.

- Be an expert in your area.

- Be your brand.

- PR companies don't always focus on your number of followers they want to invest in quality blogs.

- Keep up to date with your industry news.

Nikki Bradley

Nikki Bradley is a blogger, a journalist, a motivational speaker and most inspirational women for many reasons. Nikki was diagnosed with a rare type of bone cancer - Ewing's Sarcoma at the age of sixteen. She has since gone through many forms of intensive treatment including having two hip replacements before the age of twenty six but Nikki has never let any of this hold her back. After receiving the news that Nikki would have to remain on crutches she set up an awareness campaign - Fighting Fit For Ewings.

Nikki's aim for setting up the campaign is to highlight the importance of exercise for rehabilitation, Fitness is used as an educational tool to help people who want to help themselves. Nikki's mantra is 'Yes now, worry later!' Nikki was suffering with chronic pain relying on very strong pain killers daily. Nikki hated this as she is a very health conscious person and worried about the effects the pain killers were causing on her other organs. Nikki decided to take her leg out of the equation and thought about how she could strengthen the rest of her body. After a few months of vigorous exercise Nikki was off all pain killers after ten years. On the tough days when the pain started to come back Nikki went to the gym and worked through it. She learnt so much about herself and found an inner strength that she never knew she had. Nikki is unstoppable!

I learnt so much from Nikki today. She really inspired me. She is so incredibly strong in more ways than one. After everything she as been through she still has such a positive attitude and looks at the brighter side of life. She has accomplished so much I could never fit it into one blog post so make sure to check out her blog - Nikki Bradley - Beyond Limits and follow her on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. You will be so inspired!

Here are just a few of the things that I learnt from Nikki:

- You can achieve anything you want to.

- Inline yourself with the universe and your entire life will change.

- Get rid of all negativity in your life.

- Be open.

- Say yes.

- How important exercise and fitness really is.

- We are selves are the only people who hold ourselves back or push us forward.

Ladies who lunch

After Nikki spoke we were served some delicious refreshing Solaris Tea. We were then served yummy nibbles and desserts. We had blogger chats with everyone at our tables and then had the chance to freshen up and mingle some more browsing the stands such as Siren and Soul , Suzie Mahony Designs , The Cool Bean Company, Bellissimo, LookWest.ie, ClothesPartyU2 and McCambridges. It was then time for the next speaker.

Gill Carroll

Entrepreneur and business owner Gill has proven to be a very successful #GirlBoss in everything she does. Gill owns the infamous cafe's and restaurants 37 West and 56 Central . Gill taught us so much about what it takes to succeed in business and how to be the ultimate #girlboss. Gill is also the founder of the organisation Strive For It which empowers like minded people in business based on the mastermind principles of Mr. Hills Think and Grow Rich. She was also recently awarded Business, Economics and/or Entrepreneurial Accomplishment in the 'Top Outstanding Young Peoples Awards' by JCI Ireland.

Here are a few things that I learnt from Gill:

- No one is going to save you, you have to save yourself.

- No your traits.

- Set your goals to the highest value.

- Know your passion and what sets you on fire.

- Push yourself and challenge your self.

- Live your true authentic self.

- Don't compete with each other, support one another.

- Visualize your goals and put them out there.

- Make a vision board.

- Be the best version of yourself.

Sofa Session

Next up was the 'Sofa Session' which included some of itwbn's bloggers. Kieran from Fear Nua Blog, Doug who does marketing for An Pucan along with many other businesses, Dolores from IrishHealthHour, Ciara from Getting Fed up and Serajay from Siren and Soul. Hosted by Kerry from FabuliciousFifty. All bloggers spoke about their favourite social media platform sharing tips for what they find works for them and what they loved most. Doug spoke a little bit about how his video about raising aware for mental health went viral, while Kieran shared his thought's about girls on snapchat and what he loves about twitter. Dolores is also a big fan of twitter and has recently started using blab. Snapchat is Ciara's favourite platform because she loves how real it is while SeraJay prefers instagram because she loves sharing her creative side. The 'Sofa Session' was really interesting because its a great way to learn from other bloggers and see which they prefer.

Swag Bags

We were also gifted 'Swag Bags' on the day filled with goodies for us to try out. As you can see from the photos we were gifted with No7, Thalgo, The Body Shop, Blank Canvas Cosmetics, Propercorn, UltraPure, Mothercare, Barna Lodge Foods, Dolores Andrew-Gavin, Wicked Wholefoods, WetnWild, Paese Cosmetic and Studio 53.

I had such a fun day celebrating itwbn's 2nd Birthday! Congratulations to Sinead and Saibh for all you have achieved and a BIG thank you for all that you do for us bloggers! We are all so grateful! I learnt so much today and caught up with some of my favourite bloggers and meet some new ones to add to the collection!

I am so excited for the next event so we can do it all over again!

The Body Confidence Series - Week 12

Hi Everyone! Welcome back to The Body Confidence Series. How amazing has the weather been over this past week. I don't know about you but this really makes me want to work harder to be healthier and to push myself more in order to reach my goals. I know when the weather is so warm and beautiful going to the gym may be the last thing on your minds. I know last week I was so tempted to skip my workouts and go on an ice cream date instead. This got my thinking though about how much my diet and mindset change once the summer months start. In the winter we crave carbs to give us energy and to keep us warm. Of course there is nothing wrong with that but I think in the summer we can be that bit more adventurous with our meals and focus more on fruits and salads. I know I for one find it so much easier to have a juice for breakfast when its sunny outside rather than getting something that's not good for me. So for today's post I thought it might be nice to share some tips on how I get ready for summer and how to stay motivated.

1. Start your day right.

Waking up as early as you can knowing you have the entire day ahead of you to achieve anything you want is so empowering. Make sure to go to bed early so you can rise early. You will be so much for more productive this way. In the summer it is amazing waking up to bright sunny mornings it really adds that extra bit of excitement to what could happen that day.

2. Make lists.

Making lists is a really good way to stay motivated. Make a list of goals you want to achieve today, what you need to do work wise, what you want to get done in the gym and also schedule in some you time. Taking breaks is just as important as getting things done in order to live a healthy lifestyle.

3. Hydration and nutrition.

In the summer we can have a lot more fun with out diet. Increasing your water intake from 2 liters a day to about 3 and a half will make such a difference to you overall health in general. In the warmer months I feel like I get dehydrated really easily. I get super hot, feel dizzy and sometimes ill but as soon as I increase my water intake this all changes. For my diet I completely strip back. I make sure to focus more on fruits and vegetables. I like eating a lot of salads, smoothies and juices. At the moment I'm loving having a table spoon of some greek style yogurt with loads of fruits and berries. This is the perfect snack for any time of the day.

4. Adapt your workouts.

In the summer it obviously gets warmer. So this is the perfect excuse to move your workouts outdoors, maybe its in your garden, the park or even the beach if you are lucky enough to life near one. It is so refreshing. Getting outside first thing in the morning will make such a positive change to your day.

5. Take breaks.

You are aloud to take breaks. So don't beat yourself up about it. Fitness is supposed to be fun and enjoyed. Its not healthy feeling like you are locked into a certain lifestyle so taking a break can be so beneficial to your entire well being. Take the day off, have a cheat meal, go for a weekend away. I promise you, you will be craving getting back to your healthy lifestyle once your back.

Would you have ever guessed that my last tip about staying motivated was to take a break? Haha! Living a healthy free lifestyle is all about balance and if you're not enjoying yourself along the way there's no point doing it. You are only hindering your own happiness. Find a sport or a class that you enjoy and give it everything you got! I don't feel like I have do go to the gym every day or always live a healthy lifestyle. I  do it because it makes me feel good and it makes me happy.

I would love to hear your tips for staying healthy and motivated in the summer, I could do with all the help I could get!

The Body Confidence Series - Week 11

Week 11 is here which means we are that bit closer to summer! I am really happy with my health and fitness at the moment and so excited for the summer season to begin. Over the last 11 weeks I have been working hard to eat better, exercise more and to feel more confident. What I have learnt over this time is how small positive changes everyday make such a huge impact on your life. One of my biggest let downs was my coffee addiction and finally I have nipped that in the bud  and I feel so much better. This really proved to me how important your mindset is, you really can do any thing you want if you put your mind too it. I know so many successful people say it and really believe it. Before I really understood it and used it I thought it was something that crazy people believed in. How ignorant was I? Mindfulness goes hand in hard with health and exercise. If your mindset isn't right then nothing in your life will go right. So if you do one thing this week please try to be more positive and you will see amazing results in every area of you life.

Mindset

Some days aren't going to be your best days. You may be tired or just not feeling yourself. I know sometimes it seems easier said than done but you need to be strong enough to get through it. Try lifting your mood by writing down what you are grateful for. This will instantly lift your mood. Decide that you want to let go of what is bothering you. Than focus on all of lives little miracles remember some of the things we take for granted other people are praying for.

Inner Beauty

I have become obsessed with smoothies and juices. I made a delicious banana and peanut butter one last week and it was so delicious. This week my focus is on green juices. I want to add spirulina to them in the morning for an extra health kick. I have also become more adventurous with my food trying new recipes and dishes. Which I will be sharing with you in the coming weeks.

Outer Beauty

- Monday: Confession time! This post is a day late and I didn't get my workout in! The day started off perfect. I was organizing blog post's for the week and than had to go out and do a few jobs. When I came home my Granny had fallen and hit her head. She was dizzy, felt unwell and her head and face was badly bruised. We ended up spending the day in A&E but thankfully she is perfect. It was late when I got home so I knew I wouldn't get my workout in. So I just took it as a rest day and went to publish this post, unfortunately something went wrong with our wifi so I couldn't add the finishing touches or publish it. I'm so sorry for the delay. But hopefully I will be more organised next time.

- Tuesday: A fresh start. This morning I stretched for about 10 minutes and did a little warm up before walking/jogging for 30 minutes on the treadmill. This evening is all about abs. I over indulged over the weekend a little and feel rather fluffy today. I will complete the ab challenge which is a free app on your iPhone or Android as well as completing my own at home circuits which I've mentioned before. You can check them out here and here.

- Wednesday: Today is all about getting back on track. I will walk/jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes. In the evening I will do kettle bells for 45 minutes and then do about a 30 minute ab session.

- Thursday: Today I will start my day with the Tone It Up  Fat Burning Treadmill Workout. I love this workout as it really gets your heart rate pumping and builds your stamina. In the evening I will do more abs and my favorite workout DVD Kim Kardashian Amazing Abs Body Sculpt

- Friday: Today I will jog for 30 minutes on the treadmill and in the evening do one hour kettle bell circuit including abs.

- Saturday: In the morning I will walk for one hour either outside or on the treadmill. I will then do Pilates and some core in the evening.

Discovering Radiantly Healthy Looking Skin With Liz Earle

Arriving home to the most beautiful turquoise package full of luxury skincare was definitely the perfect ending to a fun trip. I was so eager to dive in and try everything out. Nothing in this world prepares you for the heavenly scents that greet you when un-boxing this gift. It takes your breath away and leaves you with a warm spa like feeling inside. As a little girl I suffered with tremendously sensitive skin but I was lucky enough that my Mum used Liz Earle products and had done enough research to be confident using them on me. To this day we both have Liz Earle products in our beauty draws and I especially consider the brand as my holy grail skin care. Enriched with essential oils and active ingredients these products tick all the boxes and you will be certain to find a product that suits your own skins needs.

Daily Essentials

Cleanse & Polish

Cleanse & Polish - Hot Cloth Cleanser is a multi-award winning product over the last number of years. There are very few magazines that I pick up and don't see this product mentioned and recommended. It has a thick creamy consistency which almost feels like a moisturizer when applying it to your skin. It gently works to deeply cleanse your skin ridding of all make up and oils that have built up during the day. Leaving your skin clean, fresh and radiant. I use this cleanser in the morning and at night. I apply one pump onto my fingertips and gently apply it to my dry skin using soft circular like motion upwards towards my forehead.

Cleanse & Polish has a two phase action. The cleansing phase gently works to break down daily grime, make up and stubborn mascara. Phase two is the polishing phase. Using a Liz Earle pure muslin cloth soaked in warm water to gently polish your skin removing the cleanser and dead skin cells leaving your skin soft and glowing. With ingredients such as eucalyptus and cocoa butter you can't go wrong. This cleanser also contains beeswax which has protective properties and also helps to relieve chapped skin. Perfect for our unpredictable climate. Eucalyptus has therapeutic actions such a antibacterial and decongestant. It is uplifting which leaves you feeling fresh and revitalized. Rosemary is invigorating and stimulating which will give you a fresher more dewy complexion and Chamomile is a gentle oil which soothes the skin.

The packaging of this product is beautiful yet minimal. It is easy to keep these products clean and hygienic. There is noting that stresses me more when it comes to skincare is tubes where you can't get the product out after a week of using them even through you know there's still loads in there. Thankfully for me Liz Earle skincare never disappoints.

Instant Boost Skin Tonic

The second step to your daily essentials is the Instant Boost Skin Tonic. I know there is a lot of queries to whether or not you really need to use a toner. To be honest a lot of toners dry out my skin due to the large percentage of alcohol which they contain. But personally I prefer to use them as I feel that there is something missing in my routine if I don't. This toner in particular is gentle on the skin and is alcohol free. It also leaves a small layer of moisture.

The Instant Boost Skin Tonic is heavenly scented. It refreshes, revitalizes and brightens the skin. I love using this especially after working out as it really helps to cool your skin after a hard session. It contains naturally active ingredients such as Aloe Vera which is cooling while also hydrating. Perfect to use after been in the sun. It also contains Calendula which is calming and soothing. Cucumber extracts includes traces of potassium, silicon and sulphur. It can also be used as a compress as it is soothing and calming. Geranium oil is a luxurious oil which is used for balancing and toning the skin.

Gentle Face Exfoliator

As part of this gift set the Gentle Face Exfoliator was the free gift. It is 50ml but can also be bought in sizes 15ml and 70ml. All sizes are perfect for traveling. This is an other aspect that I love about Liz Earle products, you can buy them in so many different sizes which are still large enough for home use if you so wish. The Gentle Face Exfoliator also contains the Liz Earle signature scent. Like the Cleanse & Polish is also contains cocoa butter and eucalyptus. It also contains fine jojoba beads which ensure a gentle exfoliate. This exfoliator is guaranteed to give your skin a boost when it needs it the most and leaves it with a seamless glow. Perfect if your skin is dull and lacking in vibrancy.

I exfoliate my skin after cleansing. You can do this step after toning if you wish but sometimes your skin can be dry to touch so the exfoliator may be tougher on the skin. As I was saying I apply the exfoliator on damp skin working upwards in circle like movements. As you work the exfoliator into the skin the jojoba beads melt while buffing away dead skin cells, removing impurities and congestion. Almond oil is another ingredient in this product which helps keep the skin soft and nourished.

Skin Repair Moisturizer

First of all the packaging of this product is so beautiful and perfect for travel or even in your handbag. I love how simple yet pretty it is and how it looks on my dressing table.  As soon as you open the pot you can't help but take a deep breath in. It is rich and creamy it consistency. It is intensely moisturizing yet it smooths and protects the skin. Rich in active ingredients including natural vitamin E, beta - carotene, borage and avocado oil your skin will be soothed, softened and always have a radiant glow. One of my favourite things about this moisturizer is the strong staying power of the scent the essential oils give. Not only is  my skin reaping the benefits of this product all day, I can smell it beneath my make up which makes me feel fresh and uplifted.

Yours Stylishly
